Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Returning Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, in their original, unused condition (please include a tracking number). Once the returned goods are received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

All returns must be registered with our customer service team in advance.

3.2 I Received a Defective Item

If you received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately at Support@mabelmeamargot.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A brief description
  • Photo evidence

If your package arrived damaged, please photograph it and send it directly to our customer service team. All damaged-package claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without damage evidence confirmed by a member of our support team, we cannot process a refund, credit, or replacement.

3.3 I Received the Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received
  • A photo of the item received

3.4 Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

3.5 Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise faulty, no return shipping costs will be charged to you.

If you ordered the wrong item, the item doesn't fit, or you simply no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide proof of shipment.

3.7 Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we reserve the right to decline the cancellation if your order is already being processed. In that case, please wait to receive the goods, then follow our standard return process.
